Refund policy

Processing A Return:

  • To initiate a return, please log into your account using your email address and order number. Navigate to the order section, where you will find the option to request a cancellation.
  • Additionally, you can process a return by clicking on the 'Request a Return' button located in the footer of our website.

Return Eligibility:

For a return to be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. We strongly suggest trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any wear on the soles in case they don't fit properly.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are dirty, have an odor, or show signs of wear such as dirty soles, stains, marks, or tears.
  • Items not meeting these criteria will be sent back to you at your expense. Additionally, do not use the original shoebox as your shipping container.
  • Your refund will be processed on the day we receive your return. Please allow 24-48 hours for the refund to be credited back to your credit card or original payment method.

No Eligible Orders:

  • If you return the product damaged or it does not meet the eligibility criteria, your refund request will be denied. We will inform you via email. Upon receipt of this notification, you must email a shipping label to info@steel-toes.com to arrange for the return of your order.

Fees:

  • There is a $10 shipping fee for footwear and a $5 fee for apparel. Returns not in the original packaging will incur an additional $10 fee.

Defective Items:

  • Please return defective shoes within 30 days of receipt. Include pictures of the damage and a description of the defect. If a defect is verified, we will email you a shipping label and instructions. A refund or exchange will be processed upon inspection of the returned product. Normal wear and tear or waterproofing issues are not considered defects.

Gift Returns:

  • If you received an item as a gift, you would be issued a gift credit for the value of your return upon receipt of the returned item. A gift certificate will then be emailed to you.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and closeout items are not eligible for refunds.
