Exchange and Refund Policies

Exchanges.

EXCHANGE FEE COST $10.00

To be eligible for a exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

We will not accept dirty items, have an odor to them, or have clearly been worn, dirty soles, stains, marks, or tears. The item will be returned to you at your cost.

We highly recommend trying on your shoes in a carpeted area to ensure there will be no wear on the sole in case of improper fit. It must also be in the original packaging or extra fee of $10.00 will be charged. 

Please do not use the original shoebox as your shipping box.

If 60 DAYS have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

It may take up to 24Hrs for the request to be processed.

 

Return / Refund.

RETURN REFUND FEE COST $20.00

Defective
Defective shoes must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send us pictures of the damage and your note with the description of the defect.

If defect is confirmed, we'll send you an email including shipping label and instructions. After receiving and examining the damaged product, a refund or exchange for a new pair will be issued. 
Normal wear and tear of the shoe will not be considered to be a defect. All waterproofing issues will be directed back to the manufacturer.

Waterproofing Guarantee, sweating feet are not covered by the shop must be processed through the manufacturer.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.    


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Ship Returns/Exchanges Address:
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
