CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

 

1. Go to 'My Account'

If you need to make any changes to the order after completing it, you can do so in the 'My Account - Change or Cancel an Order' section. First, login with the username & password that you used to place your order. Then click the 'My Account' link at the top of the website. Then click the 'View Orders' link. If you have an order that can still be changed, you will see a link for 'Change or Cancel an Order' at the top.

If we have not yet processed your order, you can still make changes to it. If you do not see the 'Change or Cancel an Order' link on the My Account page, then your order has already been processed and cannot be changed.

If your order is in process, you can check the status by clicking the 'Order Status' link or the 'Search Past Orders' link.

If you need to cancel any backordered items, please contact our 24-hour Customer Service Department at 1-407-985-3527.

 

2. Click on the Order You Need to Change

Click on the Web Order Number that you wish to change, or click the '(change or cancel)' link in the status column for the order you need to change.

 

3. Click the 'Make Changes' or 'Cancel' button

If you want to make any changes to your order (such as remove items, add more items, change your shipping method, use a different credit card, etc.), click the 'Make Changes to This Order' button.

To cancel your order, click the 'Cancel This Order' button.

For this example, we'll click the 'Make Changes...' button.

 

4. Click 'Make Changes...' to Confirm

Click 'Make Changes to This Order' to put this order back in your shopping cart. Once you put this order back in your cart, you can make any changes that you wish. VERY IMPORTANT: After you make changes, you will need to check out again to complete this purchase!

 

5. Make your changes

You will notice that your order is now back in your shopping cart. From here, you can checkout and choose a different shipping method, enter a different credit card, change the shipping or billing address, etc.

Or, you can keep shopping and add more stuff to your order, or you can remove stuff from your order.

 

6. CHECKOUT

After you add or remove items, you must completely checkout again to complete the purchase.
